Types of Airsoft Games
Airsoft games come in all shapes and sizes, but can generally be classified into three categories: MilSim, Speedball, and Skirmish.
Milsim games are the most realistic and often incorporate military-based scenarios. Players typically wear full gear including tactical vests, helmets, and other equipment simulating a real-life battlefield. These games tend to be slower-paced with an emphasis on team strategy.
Speedball is a high-action style of game where players move quickly through an open area shooting at each other. These games are typically played outdoors in large fields with few obstacles. Speedball games are perfect for those who enjoy running around and dodging bullets.
Skirmish games are a mix of MilSim and Speedball, incorporating elements of both styles. These games are typically played in smaller outdoor areas with some cover, such as trees or buildings. Skirmish games require players to be strategic while also being able to move quickly when needed.
No matter what type of Airsoft game you choose to play, you’re sure to have a blast! Just be sure to wear proper safety gear and follow the rules of the game. Have fun and stay safe!
